Returns & Exchange:
1) Manufacturers original packaging is missing, incomplete, damaged or defaced
2) Opened prerecorded media, movies, music, software, etc
3) Opened expendable items batteries, discs, tapes, etc
4) Missing or damaged: accessories, warranty cards, manuals, etc
5) Product is not in acceptable condition for resale (scratched, damage, etc.)
6) Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any reason
7) Any equipment, or part of packaged item that may require contact with a human orifice, such as headphones, microphones, etc
We do not accept returns on Towers & Masts.

And Cancelled orders are subject to restocking charge.
ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE MUST BE NOTED BY THE RECEIVER ON THE DELIVERY COPY
THE WAYBILL. OTHERWISE CONSIGNEE'S SIGNATURE WILL CONSTITUTE A CLEAR
RECEIPT.
All parts are covered by their respective Manufacturer Warranty. Manufacturer warranties vary and are included with your product. Please review any manufacturer warranty carefully for additional information.We (the seller) are not responsible for any labor costs which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts.

All Returns require Return Authorization No. (RMA No.) Which you may obtain by contacting Customer Service at SunnyDirect.ca. This is only source of Return Authorization. Please note that RMA no. does not gurrantee Final dispostion, All returns are subject to inspection. Any returns or exchange without RMA no. can not be processed.
