HOW CAN I RETRIEVE MY PASSWORD IN CASE I LOST THEM?
Where you are asked to log in there is a link “Click here if you lost your password” . Just confirm you email address and you will receive an email with your new password. We cannot provide you password manually because all passwords are encrypted for security reasons. AM I INSURED AGAINST LOSS, THEFT OR DAMAGE?
Yes, you are, If we receive notification from Shipper (FedEx, Canada Post) that your package was lost, stolen or damaged. We will send another parcel free of any charge and solve problem internally with Shipping Company. Insurance stops at the time parcel handed over to you.

We ship in Canada and USA, so wherever you location is, We deliver your order any delivery address you put in order form. Paypal customer make sure paypal address matches with your order entry delivery address. Note to US Customers : USA shipping address requires to pay additional shipping cost above the standard shipping cost. Which we request you after you place an order. Duties and taxes may required to pay at time of delivery. we (SunnyDirect) not responsible for USA duties and taxes.
